Greetings fine people of the world. And greetings from Los Angeles,CA. Where I will make my home. I honestly didn't know if I was going to be able to write my blog this week considering events leading to my arrival to Los Angeles, CA. But here I am. FINALLY made it. After a two day drive I am here to work and play.
Now, before I go in I want you all the know that a lot of you were very supportive of this move for me and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. To those who were against this move...I thank you as well. That because you gave me a motive to make the move. And more motive to prove you wrong.
Where was I? Oh yeah, let's start with a very expensive lesson learned. I assumed (which we all know what happens when we assume) that I had a furnished place ready. Turns out it was all a scam. That left me $1900 less in my bank account. But the fact that I learned all of this the day BEFORE my big move made my brain go into panic mode. But when that Monday morning came, I gave Colorado Springs the wave and off I went. So on Monday my goal was to get to Flagstaff, AZ to rest for the night. When I arrived I damn near lost the motel. But I did drive around a surprisingly scenic Flagstaff. Very nice place. And the Village Inn there had a waitress that was named Frankie (keep that name in mind for later on). She was very nice and working her keister off. So I gave her more than I should of for a tip.
So the next morning took the 7 hour drive and entered Los Angeles. Thanks to the knucklehead who scammed me out of the $$$ I had to find the nearest hotel and basically stay there until I can find a place to live in. After arriving, I decided that after being on the road for two days I would walk around Hollywood Blvd. Man, that place is just as nutty and crazy as it was when I visited in August of 2013. So I stopped by a place called the RUSTY MULLET. The bartender was just as nice as she was pretty. We were talking and she did a Nickelodeon show back in the 90's and right now will be signing with will.i.am's record label as a singer. Oh if you are not familiar with will.i.am by all means please use GOOGLE to find info on him. So before I left she asked my name. I told her mine and when I asked her she said "Frankie". Yep, that's right, In a span of 24 hours I met two lovely ladies who served me who had the same name: Frankie. So something may come of this.
However, my brain is tripping because I now have to really get going here to find a place to live. And while I am here to achieve my dreams and goals I do have to work to pay bills. So that is added to my brain. But all in all, I love Los Angeles. I loved it when I was out here in August 2013 and love it now. So I leave you all to go and get myself acquainted with this sexy little city that is Los Angeles. If you (or in my case me as well) think that just because I got here that the journey is over...think again. They journey has now just begun. And it's going to be a fun journey indeed. Thanks for reading this little bit of blogging. I really appreciate all of you. So until next time I will see you. Thanks for coming for the sexy and staying for the funny.
